Very central location near the Yokohama station. You can walk to the station without going outside of buildings so that's handy when it's raining. The breakfast was a highlight. You can choose 5-6 different dishes from the kitchen everyday (you eat rice for breakfast).

We got a top floor room from where the Yokohama Osanbashi pier was visible. The rooms were excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic and just beside the Nihan Odori metro station. Commuting to the Yokohama station was very easy. The breakfast was good. The rooms were big and spacious. The amenities were excellent. The residents lounge area and the gym were a great addition. Overall, very nice breakfast.

I came in off Royal Princess Cruise ship after 19 sea nights. I loved the location, the hot tub and body products, the ice bucket provided for my 1996 Grande Dame Veuve Clicquot and the high floor view overlooking Yokohama harbour and several cruise ships. I could also see fireworks from China town as I sipped my champagne. The bidet is a nice warm experience as you sit on a hot comfy toilet seat. I liked the pjs provided for me but they won’t fit you if you are bigger than a size 12 Australian sizing ladies.. the mini bar fridge is not cold but I managed to get someone to take the fridge plate out and fix it as I was paying just over $450 Australian per night x 3 nights. So I expected a cold mini fridge I have stayed in Hyatts all over the world and the Hyatt in Yokohama is lovely. I had originally booked a corner suite by the recommendation of a telephonist but paid extra to get a king deluxe suite. After my own research found out the other suites had better views. The safe is quite lengthy and wide. The bathroom shower has excellent pressure. The hot tub is just that. A tub. If you have average to long legs you definitely can’t stretch your legs out. It’s a tub built for one. I still enjoyed the hot tub my heart rate was 98/146 after my bath. It triggered something. I really liked the turn down service I ordered on a couple of nights. It was like having two delightful fairies fly in and get down to business tidy up and replace anything required and fly out . Incredible and wonderful.

    Conveniently located- about 5-10 minutes from Yokohama station and it was easy walking to the hotel with my luggage. Close to the main street, and there's a nice shopping mall right across. Room is clean, pretty spacious in Japanese standard, and stylishly furnished. There is enough floor space for us to open 2 suitcases (one 27 inch and one carry on size). Overall I really enjoy my stay here and would definitely love to visit again!

    Breakfast buffet was excellent and delicious. Hotel staff was friendly and spoke English very well. Lounge was a nice and quiet escape from the busyness of the train station. Excellent location to trains, restaurants, and shops. Hotel is located on top of a mall that is on top of Shin-Yokohama station so sometimes the restaurants inside the mall can get busy during the dinner rush.

    Hotel is located nearby train station (Sakuragicho) at the station you can find Nogecho area (izakayas, restaurant and etc). On the other side of the station you can enjoy a nice view of the city skyline or get into observatory deck at sky garden. From Sakuragicho station go can go to Yokohama station, Motomachi and Chinatown. Sakuragicho station is one station away from Yokohama station from there 35 minutes to Tokyo, 30 minutes to Kamakura and 1 hour to Hakone.

    This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many hotels all over Japan. The location next to Shin-Yokohama Station really can't be beat. A block away was a free bus to go to Ikea which I totally enjoyed. There was also a lot of really good places to eat within seconds of the hotel. The staff was great and I would consider the room I had to to be massive compared to the size of most hotels I stay at in Japan.
