Hotels near Shibuya Station, Tokyo

Excellent location. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cerulean Tower Hotel is really a top-notch hotel. It is clean, the staff were very helpful and polite. The location is just at the fringe of Shibuya shopping area, super convenient! What was truly exceptional about it was the staff. As my airport transfer for my departure flight was a late one, the hotel insisted that me and my family wait in the lounge instead of the hotel lobby. It was way over their closing time. This is truly going out of their way to make sure the hotel guests are comfortable! REALLY REALLY appreciated the gesture!

Staff were amazing - especially check in. So helpful

The location was central and being high up means a bit of a break from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. The amenities and connectivity were excellent for leisure and work.

Great facility and location. Good way to start a Tokyo trip

Great location, walking distance to Shibuya station and Shibuya Scramble. Nice quiet residential area with convenience stores close by. The Teacups cafe underneath the hotel is fabulous too! Everything you need and very friendly staff.

The location, staff and cleanliness of the room.

It was a great location! Station and restaurants are within 5-8 minutes walking.

This hotel offers good value. It is small and does not offer many amenities, but it has all you need for a comfortable stay. The decorations offer a cozy feeling to the reception area and to the rooms. The location is close to Shibuya but in a quiet location with convenience stores near by. Comfy bed.

The location is good and Clean

Great location, unique style hotel, large room, big bathtub, seated onsen style shower.

Great location, cool layout and design of rooms.

24 hour service. Stocked fridge. Good location.

This hotel was a 10/10. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Shibuya. The rooms were extremely clean, and the bath was amazing. Compared to other hotels in Tokyo, the room felt very spacious. The bathroom area was large and well-designed, with a beautiful bathtub, and the toilet and sink were completely separate. We stayed on level 4, so there was no street noise at all. The room’s ventilation was excellent, we had a bath and a steamy shower every day, and within minutes, all the steam was gone thanks to how powerful it was. They also offered complimentary slices of cake and drinks, which was a lovely touch. Although the staff didn’t speak much English, they were incredibly helpful with everything we asked. Honestly, one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Definitely recommend it.

Shibuya Excel Hotel is a great choice for who wants to be in center of all facilities!I recommend to all future visitors!

Location was great. Very comfortable beds and pillows, very clean rooms. Love the robot who delivered my room requests. It was a great hotel.

The location and the smoking room. We stayed in the suite type room, the price is fair for the room size and its in a very good location. Apparently their suites have different shapes, decor and sizes. Although the room and decor has some wear and tear, but we are very satisfied with the service and the amenities they provide in the room matching the 5 stars hotel. Receptionist very kind and friendly. They speaks English very well and understands our needs. Highly recommend this :)

The location is perfect and the staff was nice

Ease of access and the availability of laundry. Two sinks really helped with multiple guests.

Everything felt very top-notch. The bed was comfy and the room had all you can need. I would definitely come back.
