Lobby has good chair and confortable

This was the best hotel on our trip to Kyushu. We wish we could've stayed longer in Kumamoto. The hotel was fairly new and had a great view of the castle on the rooftop. The location was perfect; walkable to the castle and the downtown area. There's lots of newer/modern restaurants and shops in the neighborhood behind as well. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The best part was the pajamas. They were super comfortable and stylish. They even sell them to support local school children who designed them. The staff was also great and very easy to communicate with.

Everything was perfect, good breakfast great location, staff were nice, room was spacious toilet and bathroom were also spacious and good and also very clean! Plus new water bottles every morning and free drink on happy hour :)

The location is excellent. Close to the castle and traditional area. Super convenient to have a bus terminal under the hotel.

As things should be. Impeccable service, spacious bedrooms, quiet dark rooms. Excellent breakfast, guided parking, help with baggage, perfect location close to shopping across the street from the castle

That’s the best hotel I’ve stayed over my 3 week tour of Japan. The room was spacious for 1 person, the furniture and decoration modern and fresh, very big bathroom with a shower in the ceiling and a bath. The bed was comfortable. Business travelers will find a comfortable work chair. A multicharger for all sorts of devices is provided. A very wide breakfast spread with local specialities. Yet what I was impressed the most is the staff. The receptionist speak good English. I asked to print out the bus ticket but accidentally left it on the reception desk when checking out in a hurry. The girl from the reception ran after me for maybe 100 meters across the street to bring me the ticket. That level of customer-centric attitude was just amazing.

So nice to stay at an actual hotel on our trip — great value!!! The vibe of our room was soso nice. Clean! Loved the free lockers for after check-out and there’s a taxi stand right outside. Great location for a short Kumamoto visit.

Miss Shao of the reception has been very helpful and friendly. Great bathtub And the MASSAGE CHAIR was phenomenal. Can see the castle from my room! Great location, walking distance to the Kumamoto castle.

This brand new hotel is located right in the heart of the food and entertainment district. It's also about a 6 minute walk from the tram station, the tram costs 200 yen so it's easy to get to

The staff were amazing and extremely kind to us! I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Breakfast is beautiful and many kind superb coffee.

飯店前面就是輕軌跟機場巴士的站點，步行就能到商圈&熊本城 即使飯店外面架鷹架在整修，房間內睡覺都不會被打擾到

The hotel was perfect. Walking distance to heart of city and Kumomoto Castle. Close to grocery and restaurants. The breakfast was really good.Very clean and service was excellent.

Great new hotel. Super centrally located. The staff was super helpful and very kind. Breakfast was great too. We used their laundry facilities, as well.

great location. close to the walking street, center of bistros, easy to find local food with delicious taste and reasonable price. Plenty of self serve supply, very caring. Helpful staffs, but also easy use machine to check in and out.
