The most comfortable room and best sleep i had in japan, bit more of a western set up, rooms were ideal

We stayed in two rooms with our kids and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were 23 m², which is noticeably larger than most Japanese hotel rooms, and they were very comfortable and well designed. All the facilities met our needs perfectly. The complimentary coffee offered at the reception was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. The pajamas were extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. We were also impressed by the wide range of complimentary personal items available at the reception, including toothbrushes, combs, makeup remover, and skincare creams. Having access to these essentials free of charge was very convenient, especially when traveling with children. Overall, it was a comfortable, thoughtful, and family-friendly stay. We truly enjoyed it and would gladly stay again.

The location is very very good. Right in the middle of Dotonbori. Easy access is provided everywhere. The hotel is clean and new. The architectural design and colors of the rooms are beautiful. The staff is helpful. Breakfast is average.

The staff helped with everything needed and answered any request we needed help, the rooms are good and spacious, separate shower and toilet which is a significant advantage, spacious rooms, and what's more, there is free hot and cold drinks in the lobby and a very comfortable sitting area.

Just stayed overnight but the hotel was perfect for what we needed. Right beside Namba station, so the location was perfect if you need to get to/from the airport or need to go to Shin Osaka station, and also just a 5/10 minute walk from the Dotonbori area where everything is. Hotel is very well maintained and the staff were very efficient, would recommend.

The location was great!! the room had everything we needed and the hotel had breakfast and ramen in the evening. We also booked the karaoke room and had the tea break. There was a luggage shipping service.

Location was great, an easy walk to the trains, shops and restaurants. Our room was very large compared to others we have stayed at in Japan. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location close to the center and well conected trhrough Namba station

The Location, Staff and very clean. Also, very spacious. ps. 1mins walk to 7/11.

The hotel in the heart of action. Minutes away walking from best bars and clubs. Also, what is VERY rare in Japan. Sound isolation, you could barely hear anything. The private bathroom is small but very well made, really good showers, easy to regulate water temperature. Good internet. Really good option if you need some thicker walls because you don't want your neighbours to hear you discussing business (if you know what I mean) ;) The room was small but the bed was high so a proper suitcase fits underneath, saving space.

It was a prime location in Osaka. About 5-10 mins walk to Dontonbori. Metro line is accessible (nearest station Namba). Restaurants/eateries in general is very easy to find and within walking distance. There are also an abundance of convenience stores around the area (7/11, Family Mart, Lawson etc.). Overall an excellent experience. 10/10 would book this hotel again if I ever come back to Osaka in the near future.

The location was very close to Namba station and Dotonbori. We were able to walk to both in less than 15 minutes.

Minimal design, super clean and smell wonderful. Love all staff, they are really sweet and friendly. Best location. Very convenient to go shopping and come back to take a break. Pancake and drink all day are lovely. 10/10 I recommend to friends and family. My friends already booked in December. :)

Great location, close to the subway station and Dotonbori. The room was nice. There is coffee and amenities on the first floor. The bed is very comfortable.
