Hotels near Namba Hatch, Osaka

Clean and good for introverts.

We had a great 3 night stay. From KIX airport there is direct train to Namba station, less than a 10 minute walk and you’re at the hotel. Location extremely convenient. Clean rooms with amenities. There is also an onsen on 4th floor.

Great position and great value. Really comfortable and great services offered

Great location, clean room, nice breakfast, friendly staff

the welcome drinks and the capability to drop your bag

Everything is great! Staff is amazing, bathroom is the best I’ve seen in Japan for that price. You can have free water / soda / coffee and food for free at the reception. Definitely great

Lovely staff and amazing location, breakfast was good too!

Dinos at the desk are awesome! 😊

Excellent hotel. The buffet was delicious and all the amenities were great, so beautiful views.

Nice ambience, very family-friendly A lot of free amenities and services Friendly and helpful staff

The staff was the highlight of the hotel. Always smiling and very helpful. We were taking the airport shuttle, whose pickup point was 15 15-minute walk from the hotel. The lady helping us with the checkout told us that the hotel would drop us off at the shuttle pickup location, and then followed up by accompanying us to the bus stop, guiding us through the maze of ticket vending machines, ATMs, and the bus boarding point. Without her help, we would have surely taken 20-30 minutes more. I was pleasantly shocked at this fantastic service. And besides this, the daily housekeeping was spot on, free coffee and other drinks in the lobby, laundromat (better than the one at Sheraton Grande), spacious rooms, a 65inch 4k TV in the room, the massage chairs which we used daily after our tiring days and just 4-5 mins walk to dotonbori street. I would surely stay here again.

Everything so good and location near Dotonbori

Staff was very attentive and kind. Room was nice and comfortable. Hotel was well maintained, and close to many useful places!

The staff are kind and friendly. You can leave the luggage before checkin and leaving.

The Location, Staff and very clean. Also, very spacious. ps. 1mins walk to 7/11.

Friendly & Accommodating Staff. Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. ...

Staff helped store bags until check in, receive delivered bags and incredibly close to the Namba station

We got the Family Room, which was more than enough space for the 3 of us. There were also lots of amenities provided, including the washer/dryer. Nice view of the Dotonbori River, but not too close that it was noisy. Within easy walking distance to numerous train stations.

The staff was amazing 👏 🤩

Minimal design, super clean and smell wonderful. Love all staff, they are really sweet and friendly. Best location. Very convenient to go shopping and come back to take a break. Pancake and drink all day are lovely. 10/10 I recommend to friends and family. My friends already booked in December. :)
