We loved everything about this hotel! The staff were super helpful and nice, the breakfast was amazing, the room was small but not overly plus it had a big window so it did not feel claustrophobic at all. The location is also amazing, it’s a 10-15 min walk to Shinjuku station where you can get trains to pretty much anywhere in Tokyo. The hotel is also super close to plenty of restaurants, bars, arcades and also a 7-11 just beside it! We will definitely be staying there again when we’re back in Tokyo!

Outstanding service and friendly personnel. Location with great access to restaurants, nightlife and entertainment. Public transport a walk away. Comfortably spaced and clean room, yet, slightly worn and cleaning of higher located area's of shelfs and the ventilation in the bathroom deserve more attention.

Very well located, private and cozy with fun features like traditional robes, doorbells in each room, very complete set of toiletries, coffee machine, etc. It's allowed to smoke in the rooms which was perfect for my brother who is a smoker. Even though smoking is allowed, the rooms do not smell like smoke, so it was a perfect solution for my family.

WPU was a lovely hotel and the staff were very helpful, absolutely loved how close it was to public transport and night life. Would highly recommend this hotel

Great location, great staff and amenities

High-end finishes on everything. Karaoke machine was a fun touch. Nice having a sofa so that the bed wasn't the only place to sit. The bathroom is filled with free amenities and toiletries. Toilet automatically opens when you enter the toilet room. The shower room has a TV in it. Nice small area to keep your shoes before entering the actual room. The easiest check in of my life.

Excellent little sanctuary in the hustle of Shinjuku. Fantastic amenities, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. This was my second time staying here.

The semi double room was even bigger than the normal double rooms in other hotels. The staff was amazing. The location was perfect.

The staff was exemplary. Very polite and extremely helpful. The breakfast was also nice. And location is good as is just 5 minutes walk to one of the metro stations.

The bed is comfortable and very good breakfast.
