Very spacious and nothing negative to say. Location was great due to close to train stations. They even helped me pre fill out a luggage forwarding slip when I asked them about it in the Booking app messaging service. Would stay here again when I come back to Osaka!

So incredibly accommodating and kind! Very fortunate to have been able to rest here. Luckily, the hotel is located next to a subway station so I was able to get around to famous spots easily. The room was really clean as well. However, it was a bit on the smaller side. Highly recommend for anyone considering it!

Very convenient location in Shin-Imamiya, helpful staff and clean, comfortable premises. Room was surprisingly spacious, really comfortable bed. Laundry available (cost 600yen). The reception received my luggage through Yamato and stored it until check-in. Good sound proofing.
