What I love about this hotel is that the staff goes above and beyond for Families , Being from New york city I never have gotten treatment like this Not in Europe and some parts of Asia, Hotel Kaie Staff From The Customer service Reps to the Manger and Supervisor made me Feel at home. I really appreciate their unconditional love for families. I will forever cherish the way they treated me and my kids , if you are ever visiting Tokyo. This is the only place you would want to stay. The staff was really helpful, some more than other. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, we are definitely going back. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful, clean. Room spaceous, cleaning imepccable, amenities and goodies excellent.

Shiba Park Hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Onarimon Subway Station and a 4-minute walk from Daimon Subway Station.

The facility is new and very well decorated in a modern luxurious way and worth every penny. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. The room is spacious and each room features a wonderful view. Hotel location is 5 minutes taxi drive to and from Ginza and 5 minutes also to Tokyo Station. Below the hotel a small mall that features several restaurants and cafes over looks the bay which is wonderful and convenient. Would definitely come again as it is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in ever.
