Location and price - very close to Seoul Station - very convenient for early morning train. Snacks and breakfast were perfect.

Very attentive, friendly and helpful staff (they even remembered me from my last stay at the hotel). The breakfast is phenomenal (even if it can sometimes a bit crowded and hectic).

The front desk staffs were friendly and helpful, and so is the cleaning team! Room was clean and comfortable. Most importantly, it's a 5 mins walk away from Yong San Station. There's also a GS25 in the same building at the basement! Wished I had a longer stay!!!

From the minute the cab pulled up I felt like I’d gone back in time. Oh, it’s completely modern, with individual ac and good showers alright. But it seems like something out of a movie, an eccentric independent comedy when life was good and there was a kind of innocent charm despite the cool modernist vibe. The two desk managers spoke fluent English and were both effective and charming in dealing with my several offbeat issues. The place was full of couples who seemed to be there for a day or two (Not hours!) to have a fun few days, most of them Asian and the odd Westerner who seemed much less fun than the former. I felt right at home with the large Turkish population (great food) and occasional girl gang, right at home with working class surroundings, and Itaewon is full of local service workers. There’s smoking and drinking on a few corners, lots of lovely pig restaurants, pet dogs from Pomeranians to Great Pyrenees, I even saw a laid back Border Collie. I like busses over subways and lots were nearby. Fast food joints, tourist junk shops, Trans bars and a tailor and coffee houses. KFC, McDonald’s, Subway. A convenience store on every corner. There’s even a grocer a few blocks away where you will see… fruit!

It is very near to hannam shopping area

Basic hotel, nothing fancy but very clean and large rooms. Beds felt stiff (nothing like cushy American mattress), but to my surprise very comfortable and I have neck issues. Slept well there. Because hotel was so clean , I didn't care for any amenities. thank you.

We loved the central location and easy commute to the city and airport. loved the midentury modern furniture and design, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice environment and easy access to public transport. If you are going to Seoul station you can get through the subway by the 12exit

I like everything in this hotel. The most impressive is front desk “ Ms. Kay” helping and taking care of us.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. It was easy to find and had a great location!

This place was incredible. We were able to place our luggages on the 2nd floor and went out for the whole day. Having a pin number for the entrance door of the hotel and the rooms is a plus for us. It sure beats trying to find a key card. The room was a perfect size. We had hot water that was so soothing after walking for hours in the cold weather. The location was great. It was literally a 10-15 minute walk to the station and shops. You could easily find restaurants at every corner of the street. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. Although I never met the staff in person, our conversations before and during our stay was very pleasant. He really took good care of us. Thank you so much!

Location and value were excellent

The place is tucked in a nice location and literally just a station away from Myeongdong Street so commutes are very convenient from here. There are also a lot of shops and cafes nearby, especially when you need a break from walking. The staff is friendly and finding the hotel is very easy.
