Magnificent views from our room (95th floor) and also the 79th floor lobby. Great service and outstanding facilities. Food is good, but pricey. Much better options in adjoining mall which is excellent and connected internally.

Good location and good staff. Unfortunately the trash can of my room still not cleanup when I was check in.

GLAD Gangnam COEX Center is located next to Exit 1 of Samseong Subway Station (Line 2) and houses a fitness center, lounge and front desk open around the clock.

The subway exit is right in front of the hotel haha.. so convenient! The AC system is so sufficient. It was freezing during the days we visited Seoul. It was like minus 16°C but we didn't feel a bit of coldness inside the room, warm and cozy. Very nice. The carpet is also super clean.
