This hotel exceeded a lot of my expectations as a 5 star hotel (especially the changing rooms, sauna and the gym - this is a point of interest that you definitely have to check out if you stay at this hotel; they offer free socks, free running shoes, free gym clothes and unlimited refrigerated water and you get 3 lockers to yourself to put your belongings, jackets, bags and stuff - it’s pretty amazing since I’ve stayed at plenty of 5 star hotels) I do like everything about Josun apart from its remote location from the shopping areas in Gangnam. The customer service is off the charts by the way. the staff were so kind and helpful. and the rooms are immaculately clean with plenty of water bottles replenished all the time throughout the day. The cleaning team are good. I will definitely return to Josun Palace the next time I stay here in Seoul

This place is phenomenal. I stayed with my family of 4 and it was the perfect size for us and all our luggages ! The apartment is the perfect mix of luxury and convenience. Staff Ivy and Chae Yeon were particularly helpful! I loved that they knew we were coming, took all my questions and kept in contact the entire time!
