The property is right on the beach and close to a beach club. The property has its own spa, which we loved. The staff were amazing, and they had many facilities, like hookah at the beach etc. The best part of the hotel is definitely the staff, everyone is very helpful. But the managers were not well behaved.

The building and the views are beautiful, and the staff were trying hard to be accommodating. The villa is located close to the harbor.

Each room in Oltremare Mirissa will provide you with air conditioning and fan, a work desk and a seating area. Featuring a shower, private bathroom. You can enjoy garden view from the room.

Everything. The location was nice, close to beach and town. Located in the alley, so you can have a quiet stay if you want. The interior design was super cute and modern, with a nice and spacious balcony. It was the most cleanest and best accommodation in my 18 days travel in Sri Lanka. The team were amazing and welcoming. The breakfast is a must-try. They changed menu everyday with 3 types of options! I enjoyed a lot staying with Oltremare. Most importantly, I felt safe for the first 2 days when it was by myself as a female travelers.

This place is well located: close to the main road (so you can always reach the nearest supermarket by walking), close to the beach, but far enough away that it is quiet and peaceful. Very nice host, so friendly and helpful. They serve great breakfasts, some of the best I have had here. Also they can help you with your laundry. We got our clothes back perfectly washed and smelling great. The room itself was nice and had a spacious balcony which was nice to sit on in the evenings.

Stayed with our family for a few nights to visit Mirissa. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was great — close enough to walk to the main strip where there are some good restaurants. We had breakfast at the property, which was lovely. There’s also a great rotti shop and Milky Wave café nearby. We would stay here again when visiting. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
