Great experience, clean room and nice place to be in Merida

The place is like a hidden gem, I was really doubting booking since it didn’t have any reviews at the moment but it’s because it’s fairly new to the app. The people were super welcoming and it felt like I was at home. The staff and everyone there are super great and they treat you amazing, I would literally give them 1000 stars in reviews. It’s a small cozy place. Would definitely stay here again. Also the food at the restaurant is soo good. It is super worth it and highly recommended. The staff, the place in general and the food. 10/10 stars.

Thank you for everything. The staff were professional and thorough. Stern but fair. Thank you for seeing and helping me through a difficult spot.

Pretty courtyard. AC worked great plus ceiling fan. Hot water was hot. Bed is comfortable. Spacious room with a mini fridge. Shared kitchen with a stove and drinking water to use. Manager Arthuro is very knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced! Room cleaning lady was available as needed.

This hotel was wonderful, very close to the center but without the noise. Great attentive staff, excellent, clean pool. Great wifi, comfortable beds and air conditioning plus excellent value. We'll definitely return!

The owner from Nice gave us some of the best service we have ever received. He upgraded our room without charge for our honeymoon, drew us a map of Merida with recommendations, carried our luggage to the room, made sure we had cold water for the night, and much more. 10/10. Super cute hotel and outdoor area as well.

The staff did a wonderful job welcoming me in and in addition the room itself was an excellent choice. The bed was huge and so comfortable - the temperature was perfect. Nice spacious bathroom and water pressure at the shower that is unmatched. I wish my shower at home had such great pressure. I'm very happy with this place and it is actually in a great part of town. 10 out of 10 would visit again.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Thank you.
