Staff name Donna is friendly, humble and helping me with sincere.

- The breakfast is very tasty, it exceeded my expectations really. - The staff were amazingly kind and professional from the front desk to room service, all of them were wonderful people. - Rooftop swimming pool is great with a sight of the three towers of KL and particularly Menara that was so close and extraordinary.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are maintained very clean. The location is really great. Will definitely recommend it to people. Many nice Indian restaurants nearby are within walking distance.

Great location easy access to everything.

We love the room that we got, it was spacious and nicely done. The location is very convenient to walk around too.

The staff is absolutely amazing. They are very kind, helpful, super nice. The boss is the sweetest man ever! I was worried about the cleaning part, since some people were complaining about that in their reviews. But they now have a new management and new staff. In fact I found the rooms very clean, quiet, very spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice view on the street. Good wifi, good a/c, TV, water etc. Location is also great. I'll be back.

No elevtor..use staircase only

The hotel located at the busy area, easy to find food & hang out at night. Just walking distance to jakel mall & jalan tar. Hotel decoration is very nice, but if they put more green plants surround the area, will be more nice (basement parking & entrance lobby)
