Front desk person was excellent. Room was made available for us and was super clean. Very nice room space and location. Residential neighborhood was a nice relaxing change from the chaos of Amsterdam.

Excellent hotel. The facilities are amazing and the hotel architecture is outstanding. The hotel bar also has excellent options. The hotel is a little bit far away from the city center (which is good if you don't like the craziness from red light district). Still it is very easy and fast to get there by Metro (150mt walk to the station and a just 4 stations from Amsterdam Central station).

Our whole experience was exceptional. The hotel is tastefully decorated with areas to relax in the lobby or the bar. The room was spacious, clean, and functional. The bed was comfy and the room - quiet; we had a great sleep. The staff were amazing! Everyone was friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome. Will definitely stay here again when in Amsterdam!
