Location, price, quality of room, facilites , parking space

Stayed here for an event right across the street of the hotel. So location wise, it was PERFECT! The room was comfortable and tidy. Love love love the bathroom, shower pressure was so nice. And beds were comfortable.

Easy to find and access, lovely view, nice place to walk around, not far from city center, the staff was super lovely, the lady who checked us in waited for us as we arrived past the regular check in time, they also prepared a nice breakfast and amazing coffee, would definitely come back again.

Good stay second time on the SS Rotterdam big cabins handy shuttle bus also the water taxis from ship to shore in town are fast and handy better than just a a hotel .

Location was great, within walking distance of cruise port. Water Taxi stop directly behind hotel provides easy access to city center and other attractions. Quirky old historical building, but the rooms are furnished with modern comfortable amenities. On-site restaurant served great food at reasonable prices, very popular with the locals. Consider booking at a rate that includes breakfast, fantastic offering.

Very modern, clean and minimalist.

Beautiful building with history.

Staff at the front desk were lovely!

This is a newly opened budget hotel with descent basic amenities. The staff were wonderful, the recommendations on restaurants, shops, parking, and transportation were all spot on. The area is well connected with many cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. Overall the hotel offers good value for money. What stood out is the good internet connection, their wifi was much better than expected, I could do a video-conference in my room with my corporate VPN with very little jitter.

Lovely and big room, amazing design of the hotel a whole, super friendly staff (They help you in everything you need or ask for), and spacious bathroom.”

The room was excellent! The bed was delicious! The shower was a bit tiny but great!

location it is closed to my cruise port.

Well the staff were very kind and helpful, explaining everything. The room was also quite nice, with a fantastic bed, quick wifi, nice lighting from outside. The location was also nice due to a close park, amd somewhat port.

The staff was very welcoming upon arrival and ordered the transport to our cruise ship the next day. The location was convenient to the cruise terminal which was the main reason for booking there. Restaurant near by.

I was offered a free upgrade in form of a double room facing the garden.

Good hotel, with good facilities

Very nice staff, comfy bed and amazin view.

Especially ladies on reception

Comfortable stay at an amazing location. We had a room facing the main street, which had a curtain who covered the incoming lights. The elevator was great as well as Bubbles the cat who welcomed us in the lobby.

Location is superb. Everything with minutes walking. Every kind of drinks and food few meters. The room is super clean and modern. The owner so kindly upgraded my stay so generously without ordering. Overall very satisfactory place.

Staff were very accommodating and quick to respond to inquiries. All facilities were great! I had such a comfortable stay.
