Very helpful, friendly, quick taking action, excellent English speaking staff. Very comfortable bed. 2 buildings are well connected. Our top floor suite had good view. Truely darkening window shades. The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Everything is very clean and tidy, the staff were very helpful and let us store our luggage before check-in which was super important to us. The hotel is right by the Vistula river and 10 minute walk from the castle. The breakfast was also excellent and offered great variety.
