mist standards for a 5 star hotel are followed, like 24 hours room service, we really enjoyed our stay. the bed was very comfortable with the choice of pillow type and the room size was very suited to a 5 star hotel. view from the high floor rooms allows you to have an amazing memory ;)

Great breakfast. Sauna opening hours were fantastic. From 8 in the morning (!) untill 22 in the evening. Very friendly staff at the breakfast, one non-English-speaking woman (actually working in the kitchen) helped me with the broken smoothie machine when she saw me and some minutes later even brought me a fresh smoothie to my table after fixing it. Also the front desk is nice and they store your luggage for free.

    One of the BEST locations in all of Warsaw. Starbucks and Cafe Nero nearby. From the balcony you can literally see the Palace of Culture and Science, which means that you are in a walking distance to the iconic building of the city as well as Warsaw Central Station and Złote Tarasy shopping mall (one of the best malls in Poland). Also, there are three small elevators and one big elevator, which I found very convenient. Also, the host is super responsive and helpful. A++++
