We just returned from El Conquistador Resort, and it was everything we hoped for and more – a true dreamy paradise! Celebrating my mom's birthday here was made infinitely more special by the exceptional customer service. We absolutely must commend Alanis, our concierge in Casitas Village, and Fredrick, our butler. Their dedication, warmth, and proactive approach ensured every detail was perfect, allowing us to relax and fully immerse ourselves in the beauty of the resort. They are truly assets to the El Conquistador team and made our trip an unforgettable, perfect celebration!

I had a great stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is excellent — very close to the city center and the beach. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’d be happy to come back!

I loved the convenience of having the beach directly across the street from the hotel. The sounds of the waves rushing in were so relaxing as we sat on the balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful as far as giving suggestions of where to eat. Even though it is advertised that there would be loud music and noise from the restaurant, It was not bad at all!! Beach towels, chairs, and early morning fresh coffee and snacks are available for free in the office daily. So much to see and Uber was really convenient for getting from one place to another. The Mall of San Juan was about 45 min ride, T-Mobile District is an unforgettable experience as is the Yunque tropical rain forest all not far from the hotel. Plenty of place to eat withing walking distance. One part of the beach is a surfers delight and down the street is the calmest part of the beach for everyone to enjoy. Look out for the coconuts on the palm trees as some do get lose and fall.

    A local bartender told us about a place were locals let you park your car in the driveway for $5-10 and you have access to the rainforest. You do not need to book with the parks. Talk to the locals and they will tell you were to go.
