Very large room by Lisbon standards with cute little balcony. Very modern and comfortable. Friendly staff and nice little bar/breakfast area. Centre of all the action but not noisy.

The hotel is in a great location. Most attractions are within walking distance. The breakfast is good and the room was super clean and very stylish. The hotel staff is super kind and very helpful. Thank you very much to everyone for the wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended!!!!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at Everything was absolutely perfect — from the location and cleanliness to the friendly and helpful staff (especially Saolo). The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the room was beautifully furnished in a modern style. The entire building had a lovely fresh scent, and I was truly amazed by how elegant everything was and how much attention was given to every detail in the room. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was great. The room was really big and the air conditioning worked well without making me ill. We had a great view to the castle. The rooftop bar was wonderful on a balmy night. The staff was friendly and helpful, some of the nicest I have ever experienced on holiday.

Excellent location and exceptional service

Absolutely everything. The suite was fantastic, the staff were extremely attentive, excellent service from check-in to the bar and restaurant team. A massive shout out to our butler, Andre, nothing was too much trouble! The location was perfect, close to everything but very quiet. We cannot rate this property enough.

Great Location, superb breakfast and friendly staff

The location was perfect being in a quiet street parallel to a main street, complimentary wine on request was a bonus and appreciated after being out exploring all day, our fridge and pantry was full of breakfast items, topped off by freshly baked bread and a pastry on our door knob at 8am each morning.

The staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful, which makes all the difference. The room was comfy and had everything we needed. It’s very well located and easy to get to via public transport if needed. The decor is great. Serving cake in the afternoon is a nice touch, if you’ve had a busy day walking the hills!! It was my birthday and they put a gift in the room which was very kind.
