I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Lift Boutique Hotel, and it was an absolute delight. The hotel's location couldn't be better; nestled in the heart of Lisbon, it offered easy access to all the monuments, restaurants and amenities the city has to offer. But what truly sets The Lift Boutique apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Dania. As a female solo traveler, her warm demeanor and genuine care made all the difference. She went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my stay. From providing valuable local tips to assisting with any inquiries, Dania's assistance was invaluable and greatly appreciated. I cannot recommend this Hotel Boutique highly enough. Whether you're visiting Lisbon for business or leisure, this hotel is the perfect choice for an unforgettable stay. Thank you to Dania and the entire staff for making my time here truly memorable. I had requested rooms next to the elevator and we had 2 rooms next to the elevated, but on different floors. This was not really an issue. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, great shower (although I did ask for tub mats as the bathtubs were very slippery. Breakfast was very good. We paid separately for breakfast, but the price was reasonable. We had dinner one night at the restaurant and it was excellent and reasonably priced. Cristina, at the front desk was very helpful with booking a day trip, answering our questions and making our stay a very enjoyable experience. All of the staff were excellent! The location was absolutely perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again when in Lisboa!

Best location and service! Close to everything! Staff were really nice. Got complimentary drinks, breakfast, and dinner! It’s awesome. Can’t believe we got a free dinner meal.

Perfect location, wonderful room, everything needed was there. Spatious walk-in shower, comfortable bed, clean. Breakfast delicious, coffee and cakes whole day, tea in the room. Perfect!

The location is excellent, and the staff is friendly. Special appreciation for the cleaning staff; our room was impeccably cleaned daily. The room itself is lovely, although a bit small, with a spacious bathroom featuring the best shower and impressive water pressure, unlike many other hotels. Wi-fi is really good. The breakfast is satisfactory, although it remains consistent each day. A noteworthy moment was celebrating my birthday during the stay; the hotel surprised me with a birthday cake and a thoughtful note in the room.

Everything about the stay was perfect , but the staff were the best

Breakfast was excellent. Young female waitress was lovely. Fresch fruits were excellent start for the day. Young male at check-in was helpful with restaurant recommendations.

The staff on the front desk were super helpful and friendly. They were very patient and gave loads of advice about where to go and what to do, they were fantastic. The room was comfortable and clean and came with delicious portugese coffee. The location was A M A Z I N G.

This hotel is such a high standard - beautiful from start to finish . Rooms are so modern and well designed . Loved the thoughtful touches , staff are so friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Had a lovely meal in the lobby so reasonably priced . Excellent location central to everything .. I have already recommended a stay to my friends . Cannot wait to stay again

Excellent low-budget hotel. The location is perfect, right in the center. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. Towels were changed every day. The staff is really friendly. Excellent value for the price.
