The staff was warm and welcoming. We were travelling with a toddler and didn't have to worry about cleanliness, housekeeping did a great job! We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay, we will be back to stay at the Fullerton when in Singapore next.

Good location, clean facilities, friendly staff. The male staff in charge of my check-in and check-out was very kind and explained well, so I was very satisfied. Also the concierge staff who took care of my carrier was really nice. Even after checking out, I was scheduled to leave the country 14 hours later, but it was very comfortable and nice to use the shower facility.

Exceptional level of quality, beauty, technologies, and aesthetics in everything you see and touch. Amazing location close to main Singapore attractions and parks. The taste and choice of food is unbelievable. Stunning view from the rooftop for both sides of the building (city view and garden view). The city-view rooms don't have balconies - but the garden view has it (on the other side of the building), and it's full of flowers. Next time I will choose this side.

The room is clean, and the hotel provides the water purification system, instead of 2 water bottles each day. I feel safety and good for health. Good location for transportation, shopping and eating. It is very closed to Suntec Convention Center and Marina Square.
