The whole experience was immersive and we felt like a part of the family. The main attractions are walking distance from the hotel, which comes in handy. The rooftop pool and gym are whole experiences on their own! Definitely recommend.

I loved everything about my stay. I went to Singapore to celebrate my birthday and they made it really special. I got a beautiful surprise when I arrived, there was a cake for me in the room and they also took a special photo for me. The room was amazing, totally worthed the money. The views of the bay were unbelievable, and sunrises were so beautiful there. The staff is always attentive, caring, and warm. The pool was awesome, and the views from there too. I walked everywhere, location was great too!

Beautiful location and top notch hotel. We happened to stay at a busy conference time but even with that, the service was perfection. The staff are super friendly and warm. The housekeeping team are exceptional, I really appreciated the pillow concierge as well. Honestly, I felt like we were royalty. We have 2 young children and they would run through making noise, I mean toddlers being toddlers. The staff were super friendly and always smiling at us. My daughter turned 5 on this trip and the exceptional housekeeping lady left us with a handwritten note wishing my daughter a happy birthday, and a fairmont little cuddly toy, Thank you Shwe Sin for making our stay that much more special. Thank you for your hard work and passion and the smiles you brought to every interaction with our children. Thank you!!
