The best part is the staff, they are so helpful and knowledgable (helping me figure out the shuttle.) Sun Moon Lake can feel very touristy, but this space has a very nice, warm feeling. I did not shower here (lol) but they do rent towels, which I still used. The communal fridge and kitchen is helpful too, but does get a little crowded.
