Had a great stay! The grounds are full of big trees and the houses are spread out so there is lots of privacy - incredibly peaceful.

Providing garden views, Msitu Hut in Tuvaila features accommodations and a garden. There's a private entrance at the chalet for the convenience of those who stay.

The property is amazing and very well maintained, with a charming rustic vibe. It's the perfect place to connect with nature. We truly enjoyed every moment! The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, and towels and linens are provided. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming, always available with prompt and helpful assistance. They recommended great restaurants and offered guidance for booking various activities. Upon our arrival, the host kindly offered us fresh eggs from his chickens, and we made a delicious omelet! It was a thoughtful gesture, especially since we arrived late and didn’t have the energy to go out for dinner. We also appreciated the flexibility of late check-in and early check-out—thank you! A heads-up for future guests: the road leading to the property is quite bumpy, so an SUV is highly recommended. We rented a reliable car from our host, which we used for getting around town. Asante sana!

The owner, Edith, went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. She provided delicious meals, arranged transportation to the airport and organized a driver to take us to nearby Arusha National park for a walking safari.

It is like an oasis and very tree lush. It is quiet and gives you a sense of peace and relaxation. The breakfast is really good and the bar area has a big tv for watching sports. It has a good vibe to it.

This is a lovely property. We enjoyed our 3 Nights that we stayed there. A couple of things to remember: 1) We chose Meru View and we liked it. I wish we were staying on higher floor. That said, the room was spacious, well equipped and staff was fantastically helpful. 2) We signed up for Half-board. That entitles one to breakfast and dinner in the Buffet restaurant only. If you even wanted to try other restaurants, that would be out of pocket. That said, the Buffet served good food and each day had a different cuisine theme, so it didn't get as repetitive. If we were to visit Arusha, we would definitely consider staying here again
