Staff friendliness and eagerness to help

The bed was not comfortable. Springs were hard.

Very clean and very friendly staff!!!

Within walking distance of TD Garden and many restaurants

We stayed here years ago and love all the updates. It is so much nicer than I remembered. The staff was wonderful. From the valet to checking in and checking out everyone was helpful and nice. It is the ideal location when we are at an event at the TD Garden. I had mentioned that we were celebrating out 20 year anniversary and there was a hand written card and chocolates in our room. Such a nice touch. GREAT showers. Best hotel shower ever.

Great artsy vibe in a great location!

The front desk and especially the lobby staff like Mohammed and Charlie were exceptional ambassadors for the hotel. Friendly, helpful and made us feel at home.

This Hotel was amazing, recently Referbished, the rooms are very big, staff are freindly and always happy to help, restrant is great, good food and at a great price, shops are near by and the city center is a short walk away.

It was very homely. I loved the apartment and facilities available

I like everything and front desk people and the cleaning people so sweet and everything is always clean

It needs a remodel badly. Lobby very small and room didn’t have enough bath towels. But it was very clean for the value.

I like everything in the room and breakfast area. Bed was comfortable and shower was good.

rooms were great. Location was great. Main floor was amazing

Staff was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to welcome us and our pets!

Loved everything about this stay! The room was beautiful and modern, loved the vibe and how it was decorated. It was walking distance to the train station to do the day trip to Salem but then was able to walk around Boston too to see the sights. Was very happy with my stay!

**Excellent hotel!** The location is very central, close to all the subway stations. There is no breakfast served at the hotel, but there are plenty of nice places to eat nearby. The hotel is clean, quiet, and pleasant.

The view was beautiful overlooking the Boston Garden. I did a morning run with Chef Patrice which was lovely.

The location was perfect for what we came to Boston for. The subway station being so close was an added bonus that allowed us to sightsee easily.

Very good location, good staff, clean room

The room service is excellent
