We all enjoyed the facilities, very clean and the staff was all nice.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and quick to respond.

Everything. From the front entrance to every single thing.

We had coffee and it was great!

The best ever hotel in all Texas! Just renovated. Very beautiful, fancy, modern! Totally perfect. There is a great bakery just next door, we had a great time there. There is great things in this hotel is vinyl which you can choose and grab to your room for free and enjoy a great music. The location is amazing! Really few steps to the famous river walk!

It's close to the river walk

I loved everything - beautiful hotel - excellent location - wonderful staff!

The stay was amazing! Location was everything!! Clean n friendly staff

It has everything you need and more, small cozy..

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the riverwalk and the coolest restaurants and bakeries. It is on a noisy and busy street, but when you are in the room you can not hear the noise. We were placed on the 11th floor, in a room with a view of the Majestic. Huge spacious, clean mini-apartment, with a kitchen and a large work area. Large and comfortable bed. This room was cheaper than rooms in other nearby hotels where we stayed earlier this year. And this room is much cleaner and more spacious than all the others. Free breakfast included - freshly baked waffles, croissants, bagels, oatmeal, sausage, eggs, juices, coffee and tea. Very nice staff. The only downside, which was not significant for me, but may be important for someone else, is that only one elevator works, and in the morning, during breakfast, there are queues, and people from the middle floors can wait 15-20 minutes to go down. It's not a problem for me to go up the stairs, even to the 11th floor, and even after breakfast haha.

Room was pretty big, beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was a microwave and refrigerator which is very helpful. There was a table and chair to eat. It's pretty close to downtown, there's a Mc donald's in the same parking lot.

They were super friendly and upgraded our room for our Honeymoon! The hotel was clean and the breakfast was awesome! We loved the location (walking distance to the 711) ! Can’t wait to go back and stay again!

Location was amazing! Walk distance to every spot in Riverwalk and just 10min from convention center walking. The room was packed with full kitchen and bed was super comfortable to rest. They offered happy hours in the afternoons and breakfast was tasty and had good variety.

Great location, clean rooms, and very friendly staff.

Modern, well maintained, friendly courteous with super helpful staff

Hotel was beautiful, service was excellent, restaurants and bar were great, great artisanal feel and design. Option of texting for service instead of calling was also great. The scents in the hotel was sophisticated and not cloying with happens in lots of other hotels.

Everything was great! We appreciated the free drinks from 5-7pm. Breakfast was very good.

The atmosphere and staff excellent hospitality

Had a great location next to the river walk
