Fantastic location & brilliant staff

Excellent location, clean , pleasant staff

Great hotel, great location and great people who take their jobs very seriously. We had a great stay for 5 nights at this hotel.

Location, extremely clean, friendly staff easy check in-check out.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. We arrived early for the Red Sox game, and they took care of our vehicle and checked us into our rooms prior to the game. It is located near Near Newbury Street and only a 30-minute walk to Fenway.

The front desk and especially the lobby staff like Mohammed and Charlie were exceptional ambassadors for the hotel. Friendly, helpful and made us feel at home.

.The front end were very helpful, and restaurant staff were great

Everything. From the moment I called for an early check in to the staff sending up a bday gift when my friends told them why we were there. The cozy lay out, room to building. We’re not in Copley anymore. The trip up to the observation deck. Perfect experience start to finish.

It was very homely. I loved the apartment and facilities available

Breakfast was good and location is good. Have a bowling in the front and they gave to us a free game and we had a great time.the staff are very respectful and professional. The shuttle to airport is $10 per person but they offer free shuttle to train station and you can move by train and buses.

Its very nice hotel an I love all the staff here makes our stay comfortable

I like everything and front desk people and the cleaning people so sweet and everything is always clean

It needs a remodel badly. Lobby very small and room didn’t have enough bath towels. But it was very clean for the value.

Had many amenities, great location, next to shopping mall, convenience stores

I love the room! Big and comfortable.

Everything! The staff and the facilities was the best!

Excellent location , clean , friendly staff,

Cleanliness size and noise proof

The spa facility and staff were terrific.

The view was beautiful overlooking the Boston Garden. I did a morning run with Chef Patrice which was lovely.

Great location and hotel, very friendly staff
