It is a very recognizable staple in Portland. Any time you approach the hotel, there is always people gathering outside plus the vale. Both hotel and rooms were always clean, neat and organized. I also had shipped a couple of small packages and they were received in the reception, something which is incredibly assuring.

Breakfast. Location. Friendly staff.

My daughter stayed at the Marriott Portland Downtown during her visit to Portland, She was fully satisfied with everything at the hotel itself and its location . Thank you very much to the hotel staff.

I like all facilities But The questions is why I pay finally for 5 days 570$ ?????

Luxury feeling apartment! And so close to the metro! The hotel is really beautiful and the rooms has an special touch

The front desk staff were awesome! Breakfast was awesome. Located in the better part of Portland. Super nice hotel.

Convenient downtown location with lots of good food close by. Hotel is beautiful, spacious-yet-cozy, quiet. Loved sitting in front of the fireplace in the beautiful lobby. It was a great value. Frankly, we've paid more and gotten a lot less. Breakfast was excellent; $15 per person, but one was complimentary so it was really half that for the two of us. Staff were very professional, friendly & helpful. There's also a really nice fitness room.

The location in the center. A walking distance to pioneer square. Staff were well given service.

Cottage apartment was wonderful as a central gathering spot for family during a wedding weekend.

The staff was/is an outstanding feature of this hotel.

It’s a great historic building. It’s not a big hotel so it felt intimate. The lobby is really welcoming and is a great place to hang out, as well as check in/out. There’s a long table with chess, checkers and tic tac toe boards, comfy couches, even a piano to play as well as some items that invite guest interaction, and everything is chic and stylish but also inviting. Only a few blocks from Powell’s Books and Voodoo Donuts; and a super popular food truck area is only a block away. Staff is super friendly and welcoming.

We were warmly welcomed by Paul, General Manager from the hotel. The hotel is a beautifully renovated old building- super stylish and a little quirky. Loved the color scheme! Very comfortable beds, especially loved the headboard, the crisp sheets and the nice bathroom. There is a cafe in the lobby with very good coffee and excellent, high quality pastries. Perfect location!
