Everything very good service very clean

Location, staff and property. Staff excellent and very helpful, allowed us to check in very early with no extra charge. Rooms spacious and clean. Walking distance to beach and restaurants.

I mean what could I say… I had waited too long to write a review about this hotel because I didn’t want to be remembered by it. As I miss so much… The staff was incredible, friendly and felt like some other reviewers said, like family. We had the opportunity to meet the big boss Jack which was fun. We had an amazing room on the top floor.

Aqua Palms is my preferred hotel now in Honolulu. The price is lower than other hotels in the area and it is very clean and comfortable. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance so it's easy to find what you need close by.

The location from different stores. Good costumer services. Polite and nice staff. I like the space in the gym area I enjoyed it. I like my balcony. Bed is so confortable.

I love the location. Near to the conference site, church, shopping area, restaurants, beach and bus stops. Staff are very helpful and room rates are reasonable.

Love the fact that this hotel has a bridge that connects to Ala Moana mall which I only found out on my last day in Hawaii. The restrooms are clean! The hotel lobby is bright and spacious. Love that the fact they have Starbucks on the first floor and a convenient store right next door. The side rooftop has a gorgeous view during sunset. My favorite part about this hotel has to be hotel gym and hotel gyms are not my favorite but this one has the necessities. Everything surrounding Ala Moana is within walking distance. All you need is Ala Moana mall, Don Quixote, and the beach.

The location is close to a lot of places. Within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping malls.

The family suite was two large hotel rooms that had been combined. The suite had two full bathrooms and a small kitchen. There was also a washing machine ($1.75 per load) and a dryer (free!!) just above us on the next floor. The women working at the front desk were exceptionally kind and helpful. The location was great.
