Right on the beach and beautiful sunset, very quiet

I initially booked this place because I liked the idea of being able to sit on the Adirondack chairs while enjoying the scenery of Moonstone Beach. What I got was way better. I got the view plus a free glass of wine from their wine tasting collaboration with a local restaurant and what better way to wind down after a day of being on the road. Our car battery was in fumes as we arrived and promptly gave out on us and we still had to get to Santa Barbara the next day. Luckily for us, Lou (the GM) stepped in and took charge. He disconnected the battery (very wise move) from the car and contacted the local mechanic and auto parts shop and miraculously found us the right battery. (We were really blessed) We were back on the road the next day with no delay and a peace of mind. They are doggie friendly btw. Breakfast was hanged outside our room in the morning in a charming basket and there are fresh baked cookies and brownies daily. There are even doggie biscuits, which had me wishing I had brought my dog. So yes, there are plenty of hotels along moonstone beach Dr all offering great scenic views and all at the same great location. However, you can get the same location, breakfast, and similar rooms all along moonstone beach Dr.,but you cannot beat the hospitality at Cambria Shores Inn. After all, we take vacations to replenish our hearts and refresh our spirits, the warmth we received at Cambria Shores Inn made it that much easier and so much better.

Location, ocean view, spacious convenient rooms.

We felt like royalty in a palace:fantastic and super-comfortable lodging in a beautiful location.

Property was awesome! Partial pier view was beautiful, and it was in a great central location to everything
