Very welcoming staff. Incredibly comfortable beds. Lots of space to unpack. The rooftop pool is sublime. Location is spot on. I stayed during Miami week so predictably the prices were inflated, but during the rest of the year, it seems to be more affordable. I would definitely come back thanks for having me.

I stayed at Donatella and had a very good experience. It is a beautiful and elegant Italian style property in the heart of Miami Beach. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern and elegant design. Everything is thoughtfully arranged to make your stay pleasant. The bathroom was also quite roomy, with good lighting and well-considered details that added to the overall comfort. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise—authentic Italian cuisine with well-executed flavors and a warm, Mediterranean-style atmosphere. The bar also stood out, offering excellent cocktails and the perfect spot to unwind before heading out or to end the night. A highly recommended hotel if you’re looking for comfort, great food, and a prime location in Miami Beach.

    No question that this is an iconic place and deserve a slow...

    No question that this is an iconic place and deserve a slow saunter and look at all the buildings. But it is a noisy place with many restaurants and bars. Great to look at but I most definitely won't stay on any of the hotel on this road.

    We got up at 7.00 am and walked along the boardwalk looking at all the people excercising in the cool of the morning. Probably my favourite time of the day on Ocean drive. The iconic Miami Beach. People playing volleyball etc. we had breakfast at The Betsy Hotel 144 Ocean Drive. Expensive but worth it. We ate on the terrace watching the world go by. The Versace House on Ocean Drive is now a restaurant, people were taking photos of themselves outside which all seemed a bit disrespectful and ghoulish.

    Too crowded and out of control.

    Too crowded and out of control. People playing football next to our dinner table and had the ball nearly hit us a few times. Pot smoke every where so plan on getting high just walking down the street. This is not the South Beach ten years ago. Go to Ft Lauderdale if you want less craziness.

    Watch eating on ocean drive.. Side from them being super annoying you always have to check your bill for added charges they tried to charge me $45 for four cokes.. go to the Clevelander Steve is the best bartender...

    The location of the hotel is truly perfect. Being right on Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road, and South Beach makes the stay such a pleasure. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The internet speed is excellent. Having in-house restaurants also makes everything much easier. It’s a very safe hotel and neighbourhood, ideal even for solo stays. I can definitely say this is a hotel I would choose again on my next visit.

    The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The location is extremely convenient, situated right on Ocean Drive. They were also accommodating in granting our request for an early check-in, which we truly appreciated. The beds were very comfortable as well. Overall, this property is best suited for those seeking a convenient place to stay primarily for resting and easy access to the area, rather than spending extended time inside the apartment.

    Amazing hotel. Superb location and very convenient for everything close to Collins Ave, Lincoln Road Mall, and Ocean Drive. Was given a room upgrade upon check-in which was a wonderful surprise and uprated from a king room to a suite. Super comfortable hotel, amazing friendly staff and excellent location for exploring by foot.

    The hotel is value for money. It had a kitchen. The only thing missing is a stove. However, that's not a big since restaurant and other food options are close by. Ocean drive is only a very short walk for the hotel. You can literally see ocean drive from the traffic lights . The overall stay was great. Housekeeping was great,I came back to a clean room every day. Reminds me of how hotels were before covid.

    Hi, I highly appreciate the opportunity to be hosted at the apartment of South Beach with Free Parking in Miami Beach recently. Everything worked out perfectly. Thank you for sending us detailed instructions and recommendations about the area. The location was fantastic and within the walking distance from the Ocean drive. The supermarkets, commercial center and the restaurants were located at walking distance too. I will definitely come back whenever I think of coming to Miami.
