It’s located right near the Pearl Street Mall. However, the room was small and located in the North Wing, which required 2 elevators and a walk to get to. The staff was just okay, not as responsive as they should have been. It would have been nice, for example, for the bellmen to help with the luggage from the curbside rather than offer assistance once inside the foyer.
