Staff were so welcoming , location couldn’t be better - we could walk everywhere. Pool patio was lovely - we had great weather to use it in the afternoon. Mall and shops across the street , short walk to Fenway stadium , great restaurants.

We loved this hotel! The staff were outstanding, so friendly, helpful, always smiling. Our suite was excellent, kitchen area, view and beds. Facilities were excellent, loved the viewing area on 26th floor. My children loved the games room. Will def be back. Great location.

Very convenient location! Hotel was very clean and the room very comfortable! Staff always willing to help! Would definitely stay here again!

My family enjoyed the breakfast daily. They enjoy the stay at the hotel

The hotel is clean. Staff is very great and kind and very helpful. Definitely be staying there again.

It was in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Very clean. It’s the best Red Roof hotel that we have stayed

Everything, absolutely a beautiful place, perfectly maintained and managed, cozy and inviting to come back every day after city activities.

This hotel is outstanding . It seems like a vintage hotel from outside to the core. Great decorations and charming colors and atmosphere. Rooms were spacious. A very functional refrigerator. A bathtub. Very comfortable bed that made me want to get one in my home. There is a common area for eating that contains tables, microwave, plastic utensils and the surprise is that coffee and hot beverages were served in it all day long and it was a very good coffee. The location of the hotel is great in a very stylish street close to the Back bay station and walkable to downtown with a large supermarket just a minute walk.

Had many amenities, great location, next to shopping mall, convenience stores

Location was perfect and loved that it had on-site parking (even though we had to pay for it) parking at the hotel and the proximity to Fenyway were perfect and the reasons I chose this hotel. Parking wasn’t including, but hassle free! - loved it. We were also able to checking before 4pm! A Bonus!

Located in a very convenient area, the hotel is so pretty and gorgeous and people there are very professional, friendly and polite. Have been staying there for over the past decade every time we visit Boston, so brings so many memories back too!!!
