I’m a global hospitality consultant working with the top flags in the world. We reside in Tacoma and you hold the title as the best hotel in the City. I took my family for a one night to check you out. Valet: friendly but not welcoming. More like a transaction. Ask us if we need help with a trolly. I said yes and they pointed at the bell shelves. They had more fun taking to themselves as helping us. Again, nice people but missed the service mark. Check in: very warm and courteous. Transactional but by far not bad. The room was nice. Obviously a new product. Beds and comfort was above average. Love the big screen TV. Room smelled clean and the bathroom as implacable. Copper and Salt was amazing. It was my daughter’s birthday and they not only recognized her special day but made her feel important. The food quality was good. I travel all over the world and stay / work with the most iconic Hotels. You did not disappoint. A few flaws but that is acceptable. We will be back. All in all your team made our visit a special occasion. I rank you number one Hotel in Tacoma. Andy Stangenberg CEO- Q-Principle

very clean and excllent breakfast

The property is beautiful. I will recommend it to others and I will stay there again anytime I’m in Federal Way.

Good location, close to Pacific raceways.

really like the bedsheets, washroom, shower and the breakfast. The breakfast is a hot and cold breakfast variety with alot of good selection. It was good for the price you pay for your room.

Beautiful property, well kept.

Excellent location and staff! Close to the museums, the Tacoma Dome, and nice restaurants, theater district, and stores. The room was great! We hung out in the lobby by the fireplace. Great onsite parking. The location is safe.

I liked the.elevators and price

I loved that it was so secure and safe,

The front desk lady is very nice and friendly does a great job

Front desk people are awesome, and the gal that runs the continental breakfast is great

Very friendly staff, convenient location, the room was super clean and quiet

Breakfast was really good and fresh. Loved the smell is waffles in the morning

Clean room and quite my stay was very good. The manager was very understanding and helpful. We have birds and the limit on pets is 2. The manager gave a chance but the birds was just to noisy and they got three complaints so it just didn't work out. I am not from indonisa don't know where that came from i am from here in Tacoma, WA.

All the housekeepers are alwayshelpful

The pillows were very comfortable. And the clean rooms. Running a business is being customer centric, and making sure the experience one gets is invaluable from inception. This is exactly what your Frontline staff Ashley did. She went out of her way to help with the little seamingly small things like showing you where breakfast is, the directions of stores around, and generally being nice. Most importantly, she didn't make you feel like u were bothering her with questions. She was happy to take them all.I think she is exceptional and the highlight to the stay

Bed is confortable, bathroom is very clean. Breakfast is good.

Clean, great customer service and great food

Friendly staff, specially Sylvia how was in charge of breakfast.
