The food at the restaurants was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great. Beautiful spacious rooms.

Excellent location and good price

Everything it was a beautiful clean room. The bed was so comfortable to sleep in. Definitely recommend this hotel it’s a 5 star for me.

VERY comfortable room, the ac/heating was not loud, the staff was very nice, I appreciated the two bottles of water, great shower (although quirky bc it starts with hot rather than cold...careful!), lots of towels.

The hotel is centrally located and close to Yale Campus, shops and restaurants. The lobby is spacious and inviting and had a small shop where you could get coffee, food and other essentials. The value for the price is exceptional

Does what it says on the tin, beds were comfy

The room was very clean, there was no smell of disinfectant. Bathroom was very clean, with plenty of hot water. Breakfast waffle was delish.

I loved the area, it was quite but down the street were everything we would need. Including the steakhouse in front of the hotel, the front desk who checked me in was super nice & informative.

Location is great. Close to highway, quieter area than some spots in Hamden/New Haven yet close to everything. Walking distance to several good restaurants. Easy Uber anywhere if you don’t want to drive. Lobby is spacious as are the rooms. Very clean, enjoyed having living and kitchen space. There is an enclosed basketball court at front of hotel that people love. Staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The breakfast was really good both days. The room was super clean and they had all Dove products in the restroom. The bed was comfy. If I had a complaint it would be that the blackout curtains didn't close all the way and I was on the 1st floor. No worries though, I used the clips on the coat hangers to keep them closed. Great hotel!

Clean. Pleasent. Nice staff good location easy access to the highway. They even had a microwave and a refrigerator 😳 that’s hard to come by now a days. 😃 the pool was nice as well.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful especially Glenda who checked me in!
