Amazing Value & Perfect Location – Truly Feels Like Heaven! This place is a hidden gem perfectly located just a short walk from both Heaven Gate and the famous Glass Bridge—making it an ideal choice for anyone planning to visit these iconic spots in Sapa. I was genuinely amazed by the value—just 50 SGD for a spacious room with breakfast included for 3 people! It was an incredible deal that exceeded all our expectations. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent, and as hotel guests, we even received a 15% discount at a nearby partner restaurant—such a lovely bonus. The cool mountain breeze and misty surroundings create an almost magical atmosphere that truly feels like you’re in heaven. The location, comfort, and hospitality make this a fantastic choice for families or anyone looking to enjoy the best of Sapa in a peaceful, scenic setting. Highly recommended!

The host was so kind to let us check in at 2am in the morning. They also let me pay in USD as I had run out of VND. The room was very clean and comfortable.

We loved the location, and De was very helpful. We were only planning on staying 2 nights, but ended up staying a few extra days. There are some nice hikes that you can start right from the homestay.

Clean, great view. We stayed in this beautiful Ecolodge and enjoy the stunning view, friendly staff, room is clean. The road to this location is not good (in construction) so that is only one point we don’t like during staying in this Ecolodge.

Even the location of the Homestay is in the slope of mountain. Worthiness is really nice view with the green mountains and the clouds. That’s fulfilling for a traveler who would like to explore the nature, fresh air and treat yourself a good rest which I was really happy staying here. 😊

Be careful when planning a visit to Fansipan Mountain.

Be careful when planning a visit to Fansipan Mountain. The cable car is sometimes closed for maintenance in January–February. It can be hard to find up-to-date information online. We arrived and unfortunately found it was closed, so definitely check ahead before making the trip.

Unless you're very confident in your ability to handle the 600 stairs at that elevation, book the ticket for the funicular to take you up to the summit! You can book the Sapa funicular (both ways), cable car to Fansipan (both ways), and the funicular at Fansipan itself (one way - up) on Klook to skip out on the lines. Go on a weekday if you can help it to avoid queues.

    Be fit.

Be fit. There is a lot of walking uphill to get to the cable car after you alight from the train from Sapa. I'd suggest you go after lunch as the tour groups all go early in the morning and it was like a dog's breakfast trying to get tickets at the train station and mayhem from the amount of tourist groups pushing and shoving like it was such an urgency to get to where they had to go shoving people out of the way to get to the train. It was laughable seeing them running frantically to the train like they'd miss out when the train came every few minutes. The day we went was not a cloud in the sky. By afternoon though there was mist on the mountains. It was a very hot day last week when we went. If you are terrified of heights and climbing lots of stairs think wisely before going up. It will test your fears of heights. I would definitely not go on a wet day. Very easy to have a fall. Overall magnificent being up so high and able to overcome my fear of heights.

dress warm, the weather on the peak could change, or have a risk to catching a cold from wind chill. Bring along a thermal bottle fill with hot tea or coffee. Tea or coffee at the rest stop range from 100000VND to 200000VND. The buffet is worth the try. Plan to go up the peak as early as its open then trolling down those steps to the cable station. Spare a couple hours at the restaurant to sample over 60 local dishes

Be careful hiking to the top, there are many cattle trails which can lead you off the path. They previously had park guards posted to prevent tourists from doing the hike independently. It's a fantastic cable car ride to the summit. The temples at the top of the mountain are so peaceful and it's a great place to spend a few hours meditating. People are generally very respectful and quiet. Even in the mist it's beautiful but if you see a clear day with the mountain peak visible, I recommend heading up straight away! It's not so common.

Hieu and his family were very welcoming and helpful with everything to see and do in the area. The Homestay had the most amazing views of Fansipan Mountain and the rice terraces. It's away from the crowds in the countryside. A 5-minute walk to Cat Cat village and a 10-minute Grab from Sapa centre. I would truly recommend this lovely Homestay to anyone who wants to see the real Vietnam.

The staff was very nice, they let us leave our luggage at the hotel and use their bathroom before the check in and after the check out time. Unfortunately, their kindness can not make the room newer or more convenient. The location is very close to Sun plaza Sapa station to go to Fansipan mountain, lots of attractions and restaurants are in walkable distance. But the street is pretty noisy all the time. We got a room for $18 and it’s a good deal but I wouldn’t choose this hotel, if it was more expensive.

During my stay at Lady Hill Sapa Resort, I enjoyed a spacious and clean room with breathtaking views of the mountains. The staff are warm, friendly, and are just great. The resort’s proximity to the Fansipan Legend Cable Car Station made accessing Fansipan Mountain incredibly convenient. Additionally, the village trek organized by the resort provided a wonderful opportunity to interact with the local Hmong people, offering deep insights into their rich culture and traditions.

Excellent. The view of the Fansipan from the 15th floor cafe is just exceptional. Family room was literally huge with all the modern facilities. Wish the family room's balcony had a view of the Fansipan Mountain.

Mia was super kind and helpful, she organized a great trekking tour for us and gave us skip the line tickets for Fansipan Mountain, and the breakfast was truly excellent! The room in the 5th floor with lake view was also really nice! This was the best stay in Vietnam for us!

We are three couples that enjoyed our two-night stay at this hotel. The rooms are fully equipped and very nicely decorated. Our room had floor to ceiling windows facing the valley and views of Fansipan Mountain. The staff are wonderful: positive attitude, helpful and friendly. We particularly appreciated David and Viet on the front desk. The breakfast included is excellent with lots of variety and very good coffee. The location of the hotel is convenient for walking around SaPa and many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room had a balcony with the most incredible view of Fansipan Mountain – so romantic! The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the center of town and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a good mix of Vietnamese and Western options. We highly recommend this hotel for couples looking for a special getaway.
