The location was excellent, right in the center of old town! The staff were also quite friendly!

The location is centered in the old quarter so that you can walk to everything.

I was welcomed with a drink and a smile, which instantly made me feel at home. A big thank you to Luna and Max at reception — they were incredibly kind, helpful, and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Perfect location in the old quarter, walk out the door and you had everything a few steps away. Hotel was lovely and staff fantastic, especially Don who was always there to help and check if we needed anything whenever we walked past reception. Special thanks also to Chester and Ken.

Well Located

Writing a review for this hotel is an absolute pleasure. We had a twin room which was clean and the beds to our liking, not hard. The staff? Justin, Julia, Jack and whole team at this hotel are simply amazing. Unfortunately I needed to go to hospital and they were able to recommended a hospital and arranged transport. (The service at the hospital was nothing short of 5 star, with a translator with me the whole time)Their concern for me on my return from hospital was like nothing I have experienced in all our years of travel and this continued for our 1 week stay. We felt like family and it was very sad to say goodbye to them. The location is perfect for night markets with food available everywhere outside the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was another highlight: you can go Western or Asian, and both options were fresh and tasty, with a menu for choices for eggs, all served with a smile. We dined in the restaurant several nights during our stay and it was all delicious. All in all, this hotel is a gem – excellent service, great comfort, and an unbeatable price. Staying here was an absolute pleasure, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return and we will!
