Everything was great..The reception desk was so helpful. Couldn't get a bus ticket to Vinh. Cuong set me up with a private car, also got me train ticket from Vinh to Hanoi. So helpful and would do anything for you. Great wifi, cable TV and good bathroom and bed. Highly recommend this hotel..

Perfect in everything. Staff speaks English very qell and gives quick and useful solutions and information. Breakfast is one of the best I have evr had in my life...you will find spanish churros! They change every day. Room is very clean and comfortable. I also tried in room service and gym, not a single problem.

The staff was absolutely terrific - especially Ruby (both charming and competent, with excellent suggestions for restaurants etc.) and Ha, plus Peter and Ryan. The hotel was newly remodelled, so everything was in tiptop shape. Besides the superb service, we particularly liked the pillows. Breakfast was very tasty too.
