Everything ! The stay was so good. Everything is really nice. The room with the balcony, the shower, the bed. Even the lights were lovely. Breakfast was also good and had options. The best part in this hotel are the hostess! They made me feel on a1 day stay at home. They were so nice, kind and helpful. I would come back here !

The staff were so accommodating, we arrived early morning they gave us coffee and fruit and arranged a room early for us at no extra cost. They gave us so much information on the area. There was nothing at all that was too much trouble. The manager arranged a bus for us but there was a problem with the van so the manager took us and our luggage over to the bus.

Great location, close to the pub street, embankment, market and Citadel. Clean and comfortable rooms, lovely pool, bar and SPA on the rooftop. Amazing staff - very friendly and helpful, they can organize whatever you need (tours, transfers, tickets etc.). Our driver from hotel for 2 days was Quang - strongly recommended him!

Nice hotel central in Hue. The rooms are comfortable and have everything needed. Excelent staff. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful, assisting to set up ttansport, tours and giving me valuable advice about tailor. My room also had a great view.
