Location is great, close to Hanoi Church. And it takes 10 mins to the Lake and night market. Staff in hotel are nice! Jack is a good helper and solved issues immediately and considerately. I would recommend this hotel. Massage is great! Be careful about the cafe and restaurants around the hotel. Better go to those beside Lake.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located right at the center of the Old Quarter, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, she also makes our trip more interesting with her advises & tips about the city, supermarket, shops, restaurants bars are within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. I’m so happy with my stay and that actually was sad to just to leave.
