Hotel position is in the center of a crowded capital city, so it is quite easy to go anywhere. The staff is genuinely nice, they serve hot tea with cinnamon flavor while waiting for the room and I love that. Facilities are all new & sophisticated. Breakfast buffet was beyond my expectation, they serve a lot of good local food, and you can have breakfast while viewing the whole city from the 13th floor. Don't forget to check out the top bar. It's suitable for chilling at night with friendly staff and good drinks. Pity that I didn't have a chance to try the spa.

We visited the Melia Hotel for our honeymoon and we are so glad we chutes this hotel. It beautiful and everything felt luxurious. The service was exceptional. We tried the breakfast buffet one morning and it was delicious. The lobby bar had happy hour everyday and we loved going to get a drink before dinner. There was a live band playing during happy hour that was lovely. It was a bit of a walk to the main entertainment area/old quarter but we enjoyed taking the longer walks and that meant it wasn’t loud in our area.

Location is great, in the old Hanoi close to all the main attractions. Lots of places to buy, eat. The hotel is very beautiful, luxury old fashioned style. Really nice. The staff was amazing, super friendly they did everything to help us in our stay. They put some complimentary fruits and water in you room which is great!
