Apartment, kitchen, room and bathroom were amazing, perfume and furniture make it luxury. Apartment location was excellent as well: 5/10 min walk from Gravesend train station, Asda and Tesco stores and Gravesend downtown.

It is a quaint, charming English cottage! Location was good for our needs. Communication and welcome was very nice and the hosts were communicative. It is small & cozy, with steep steps. Worked well for us as 4 adults.

This is a small family run hotel. The staff (husband and wife team) were lovely. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good. Good value for money. It doesn't have air con and my remote wasn't working, but TV was working so that was good enough for me. I liked the effort and vibe so would stay there again.

The staff make this hotel exceptional. Peter, and Kay are amazing people who made me feel welcome and valued and nothing was too much trouble.. perfect for a solo traveler spending the week at the hotel. Even the night porter Dan! Offered me a coffee for my early morning, long journey home.

The staff and locals were extremely friendly. We were made most welcome. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you need. We had an excellent stay! If you are looking for the Dorchester keep looking but if you want a friendly local with a warm welcome this is it!

Check in was very easy and Viktor helped us carry our bags in. Jelana greeted us for breakfast with the most beautiful smile breakfast was made to order and very tasty. There was a nice deck in the back overlooking the hills. Parking was easy

This is obviously the place the locals come after work, snd everyone was So Friendly. The rooms were modern and clean. The food was well priced and delicious. If this was my local, I'd be a regular.

I would rank the rooms from good to worse in this way: 1. bathroom, 2. kitchen, 3. master bedroom, 4. kids bedroom. It's good that the floor has parquet, all in all the apartment was cleaned but I for my personal criteria it needs to be done better. Bathroom is very nice, you can shower in elegant way. The towels were cleaned.

The location was convenient for my needs and I found the staff helpful, professional and friendly. I asked for a fan to help cool the room for sleeping and a fan was found for me. The shower was great and plenty of hot water

Lovely staff, nice clean rooms and ample space for two people staying for just one night. Fridge in the room as well as iron and ironing board which was amazing. Shower was fabulous, very powerful and perfect for washing thick hair which is a constant worry when using hotel showers. My only criticism was the room was 1000 degrees!! It was so hot and had very small windows. Greatful for the fan provided in the room!! Would defo stay again

On arrival after a 10 hour journey we were told that we couldn’t have the room that we booked and paid for. Instead of a ground floor room with patio and lake view we were given a far more inferior one, upstairs with a window facing the busy road. The difference in cost was refunded, we had no option but to take it. We didn’t sleep well as we needed the window open.

The lake was beautiful considering you had a busy motorway at the front of the hotel ! We booked a lakeside view and we're not disappointed. The room was large and airy . The staff were absolutely fantastic which always makes a stay safe and welcoming.

The view to the lake was absolutely fantastic! It was also great to be able to sit outside using provided chairs and look at the nature there. Of course, as the hotel is situated next to a big highway, there was noice from the traffic. That didn’t disturb during the night, could have ben different if the room was one facing the highway. The room was nice and big to stay in. The breakfast was simple but tasty.

The view from the back of the hotel across the lake is lovely, the hotel was very clean and presented well for its apparent age. Breakfast was reasonable with good selection and service. The room was basic but clean and spacious.
