United StatesThe Patch is an absolutely beautiful B&B and the owners are so lovely and friendly. The whole experience from the moment we arrived to the minute we left was nothing short of exceptional. We booked the largest room which was incredibly spacious with a gorgeous en-suite and comfy bed. Careful thought was put to all the amenities in the room (even extra pillows, slippers and bathrobes) which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxed. There’s ample parking and we were able to easily come and go as we pleased. Evelyn and her husband are absolutely lovely and Evelyn’s cooked breakfast is 10/10 (my husband couldn’t wait for his full English every morning). They definitely added warmth and a home like feel to our trip. We absolutely loved our stay at The Patch and look forward to staying again soon! Wonderful 5 Star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience - if you want to stay in Sevenoaks, look no further than this charming B&B 😊

Perfect accommodation for our 3 night stay. The house was immaculate and surprisingly spacious! The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom was very cosy. The hosts have clearly put alot of thought into The Lodge and we highly recommend booking a stay.

Perfect little apartment and very affordable in comparison to most in the same area. We booked this the day before, as we realised our previous accommodation was a scam from the reviews, so we were very lucky this was available and for not much more than we had originally paid elsewhere. 25 minute walk from the train station, great little view of the sea. Would stay again!

The attention to detail and decor was incredible as was the absolutely delicious breakfast. The location is perfect as the sound of the waves helps you drift to sleep. The staff was incredibly helpful and we loved the lazy lift - a minute well spent. Loads of character and style, bedding lovely and soft, bathroom clean and filled with just the right amount of goodies to keep you smelling fresh. Adored the artwork in our room and throughout the hotel. Hope to return one day.

So perfect! It was actually much easier than staying in a hotel, it's more like having your own apartment/studio in town. Communication from the management was clear and informative, it was so easy to check in. The room was clean, bright and comfortable, we only stayed for 1 night, but could have easily stayed there for longer.

Check in was swift and met with a polite member of staff that gave us all information that we needed for our stay. Room was on the ground floor, thought it might have been too noisy to sleep, but the bed was amazing and the bath was an extra bonus. We stayed in the hotel for an evening meal and the food and beer were excellent, even had a gluten free menu. Breakfast in the morning was more than okay also.

Flawless! Such a great find, every room is perfectly tailored to the famous character/time era, the attention to detail is astonishing, everything was impeccably clean, excellent sleep and the most perfectly cooked breakfast exactly how you want it the next morning! The hosts are so lovely and accommodating, really going above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and at home. Definitely be staying in some of the other themed rooms the next time we need accommodation in that area!

Great location in the heart of the city, the rooms weren't anything fancy but they were a great size and they were warm and clean. The beds were so comfy, had a great sleep.
The breakfast was included and they had great choices for all types.

My last overnight stop from my vacation to catch the first ferry in the morning. The guest house is 10 minutes from the ferry so it is very convenient for travelers. The host Maria is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The room (7) is very cozy, quiet and the accommodation including the shower is very clean. Thank you very much. This was my second visit to this property. The owner Liz communicated very effectively and the check in process was explained very well. Information cards in the accommodation give directions on how the heating works and where to find things. Everything is immaculate and very fresh and modern. The bed is very comfortable and I enjoyed a good night's sleep. There is an excellent Indian restaurant within easy walking distance. The town centre is a short bus journey or around 40 minute walk. There is a dedicated parking spot for one car.

The staff and amenities were wonderful. The place was beautiful and relaxing. We were in the lodge which was like an apartment. It had a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, and a large bathroom. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We had purchased tickets to tour the cathedral, and the receptionist let us know that we could get a refund since our stay included a free tour of the cathedral. The cathedral readily gave us a refund.

Great location close to seafront with bars, restaurants and cafes all close by. Apartment was clean and spacious with everything you need for a short break. Free parking available close by too. Beds and pillows super comfy and had a great night sleep.

Apartment was easy to find, and right on the seafront a short stroll from the Harbour Arm it was the perfect location. We felt welcomed on arrival that there were breakfast items set out for us. The sofa and the main bed were both very comfortable and the apartment was easy to sleep well in. Everything seemed spotlessly clean, the bathroom was spacious and there was plenty of hot water.

We loved the fact the hotel was dog friendly, we brought our 3 small dogs with us. The hotel had already provided a sleeping area and water bowls for them in the room.
The room was large; and had everything we needed. It also provided toiletries if you needed them!

Loved the stylish touches to the apartment - it has a wonderful secluded patio/ garden to have breakfast in. It’s a cleverly designed smaller sized accommodation ideal for a couple or a teen child. It’s a 10 minute walk to the coast, or 15 mins to the Main Street. Sarah gave us s friendly welcome - the breakfast is continental and left in the small kitchenette. All very charming! We very much enjoyed our stay.
