We recently had a very enjoyable stay at Hurst Farm. Clean, comfortable and unique accommodations, with amazing views of the countryside. Very relaxing and rejuvenating. Our gracious host, Viktoria, provided a wonderful country breakfast. We really enjoyed walking the property, seeing the animals (cows, chickens), and enjoying the peacefulness of the English countryside.

Absolutely the most comfortable, well set-up place we have visited. Everything arranged for simplicity and efficiency the way we like it. Sparkling clean. Excellent location. Big selection of great restaurants nearby. Excellent close location to train station. Excellent communication. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for visiting my family in the area. Lovely, well-appointed charming cottage with easy access to attractions nearby.

Right next door to JetEx where I parked our jet Bus stop is less than 200 yards from the hotel Restaurant upstairs was very good. Noticed that the locals ate there regularly. Rooms were immaculate, the hotel is very well insulated. Did not hear the airport runway traffic at all. Staff is very polite, friendly and attentive. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I stayed 5 days and will stay there again in October.

The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. We only had a couple of nights there but it was a wonderful experience. and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the establishment to anyone wanting accommodation in that area.

The Patch is an absolutely beautiful B&B and the owners are so lovely and friendly. The whole experience from the moment we arrived to the minute we left was nothing short of exceptional. We booked the largest room which was incredibly spacious with a gorgeous en-suite and comfy bed. Careful thought was put to all the amenities in the room (even extra pillows, slippers and bathrobes) which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxed. There’s ample parking and we were able to easily come and go as we pleased. Evelyn and her husband are absolutely lovely and Evelyn’s cooked breakfast is 10/10 (my husband couldn’t wait for his full English every morning). They definitely added warmth and a home like feel to our trip. We absolutely loved our stay at The Patch and look forward to staying again soon! Small, friendly. Part of a lively pub evening (due to the rare sunshine!). Room was very clean, everything was very easy and efficient, staff were friendly - and the food was great, especially the breakfast! Our perfect location for visiting Hever Castle. If we're in the area again, we'd certainly go back.

Loved the location and the comfy beds! Close to Chartwell, Penshurst and Ightham Mote houses. Excellent high end country pub/restaurant up the street!
