located in city center, easy to take metro line; staff nice and polite. the cafe at the ground floor is great.

The staff were so nice. (Jagueline helped so much) The location was the best ever. When I come back to Seoul it will be to Shilla.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room and all facilities were very clean, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast was nice and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. Another great advantage is the location — the hotel is very close to many sightseeing places, which made it easy to explore the city. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and I would be happy to stay here again.

The front desk folks were exceptionally gracious, pleasant, & hospitable. I loved that there was a washer & dryer in my room. I also enjoyed the design of the shower. Found it surprising that there was even a little kitchenette for anyone who might need it. Loved the generously sized fridge also. & because the hotel was fairly new, everything was pretty clean.

It’s perfectly located in Seoul’s downtown, with a beautiful view of a temple. Room was modern, perfectly clean and with basic facilities for a person in vacation

- Great location, just a few minutes walk to the subway which also connects right to the DDP. A lot of 24 hour restaurants nearby. - Provided body wash, shampoo, and lotion were good quality! - Lobby has a convenience store and a washer & dryer room next to it. - Helpful and friendly staff.

Very Safe. This was my second stay here. Staff is friendly and helpful. The subways are near walkable distance. There are convenience stores near the hotel. The airport bus is also few minutes walk.

Everything even their staff was very polite and cheerful I really liked everything in the hotel and I’ll come back obviously.

This hotel is in an amazing location, you can walk to so many fun and historical places nearby (Insadong, Cheonggyecheon, etc.) and there are infinite restaurant options right outside. The complimentary breakfast was great! Eggs, toast, fresh/ripe (delicious!) fruit, tea, cereal, etc. Better than your average continental hotel breakfast offerings for sure. We love our eggs so we were happy to have them there, freshly made, each morning! The staff was super helpful, kind and friendly. The shower was awesome, the sink was nice and big, and the room even had a fancy toilet. I loved the cold water bottle filler in the lobby, especially since Seoul was unseasonably warm while were there. They even have some vending machines if you need a toothbrush or whatever. We thought the price was super reasonable too. Glad my friend picked this little gem of a place and we were able to stay there also.

Enjoyed our stay. Great location, walkable neighborhood. The staff was nice and the breakfast there was delicious.

My room had a little hot tub, mini fridge with a kettle. Also had an extendable line over the tub should one want to handwash any items, but does offer laundry facilities. Breakfast was free and hearty, tea and coffee offered on different levels. Outside the hotel mere steps away was a convenience store and opposite was a chain store cafe. Five minutes walk away is two train lines. One takes you to Gimpo international airport which you can then transfer onto the airport rail for Incheon, the other line can take you to Seoul main station to catch the KTX.

The location is amazing, few steps and you are in metro station ( multiple lines + airport line)

Clean facilities, close to subway and airport bus stop. Honest staff. Left my laptop but my friend was able to retrieve it. Laptop was properly sealed as well. Will book again for my next visit to korea :)
