Hotel staff is super friendly and supportive. Comfy bed and warm blanket!

Daily cleaning, spacious room and bathroom, heater in the room (although did not use), consistent, hot water, location (10 min to center and San Blas), decent breakfast (opens at 6am), friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for 7 nights and were completely comfortable and satisfied. The manager also saved us a lot of money by suggesting for us to take the bus to Tipon Archaelogical Park and even went out of his way to take us to the bus terminal. Thank you!

It's very convenient, very close to the main attractions, and the breakfast is different every day, which I like very much. The waiters and doormen here are very professional and kind. Especially Dennis, the receptionist at the front desk. I will stay here again next time.

The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive during my stay. Shaddia, Sheila, Maria, and Kika are the dream team and run a phenomenal hostel. There’s a communal atmosphere and it’s easy to connect with other guests especially with the free activities at the hostel, but you can also find space to yourself if that’s what you desire. The bathrooms are clean, the water is hot, and in case something goes wrong with the bathrooms, reception is always open to help. The fries at the bar are really good and they sell really good brownies at reception that are made by a local baker. I really enjoyed my stay. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

I loved that the vibe represented cusco. I love staying in boutique hotels that match the culture of where I am staying, but the comfort and beauty to feel well served at decent prices.

The staff was friendly overall. The location was about 5-10 minutes walk to the main places like plaza mayor, restaurants, shops. They have singers playing in the dining hall every night we were there, and they have a pet llama or alpaca that you can take pictures with. They have free Coca tea if you need it. The room was good and comfortable, they have fan and heater if you need it. They also provided warm compress for your tummy if you get altitude sickness. We were not able to try the breakfast because we had to leave early for the tours.

Stayed for 8 days as a solo traveler, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The staff were very responsive, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever I had questions or needed help. One thing I really appreciated was the cleanliness. My room was cleaned every day, the bed was always made neatly, and the towels were replaced daily. After long days exploring Cusco, coming back to a tidy room was something I genuinely appreciated. The breakfast was also excellent and varied every day, which made a big difference during a longer stay. They served a combination of local and Western breakfast options, including fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, coffee, and coca tea. The Wi-Fi was reliable enough for work and video calls, which was important for me. The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from the main square, in a safe area with a nearby supermarket and easy access to the busy parts of the city.

The staff was really kind and polite and they are all always attentive to help. Also, the location is amazing! Close to the city center and full of coffee places and restaurants.
