One of best designed hostels I’ve seen around the central courtyard. Bathrooms were clean and dorms felt very private. Felt very new. Staff were really flexible and let me shower at night after Rainbow Mountain before catching the night bus to Arequipa.

The staff here are the friendliest and kindest people! The rooms are clean and nice, and the building is extremely well located. They even stored our bags for several days while we trekked. The staff were extremely helpful. I booked a day trip to Machu Pichuu through their travel agency and it was fantastic. Pick-up from the hotel, all the connections along the way were very well managed. I had a private you with an extremely knowledgeable guide. Location is central, everything you need is right there, a market right across the street, shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. I was given a beautiful little crafted gift from the hotel when I checked out.

The place is amazing. Good breakfast, reception and staff that are super willing to help. I had a problem while my stay, as I got sick and they helped me call to the hospital and support while I was having treatment. Location is a highlight and the bedrooms and bathroom are as nice as possible. Good value for money. My next stay in cusco will be there!
