The host/owner of the property was absolutely fantastic! She met us when we arrived and showed us around. She explained where everything was and answered any questions we had. There was even an elevator (key controlled) that stopped only at our room which we felt was pretty secure. During our stay, she was available to answer any additional questions we had. And, I had quite a few about the local area. When we left, she arranged a taxi for us to the airport. The location was perfect with only a short walk to shopping, attractions, and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Pisa.

The apartment has all new furniture, appliances, bath, kitchen, modern TV in every room, etc. Everything was perfect. Walking to the tower and the rest of downtown was very easy. The overall feedback from our family of 4 was overwhelmingly positive.

Old world charm, attention to detail, super clean, beautiful building, lovely staff, gorgeous room with the highest ceiling I've ever seen. Our room on the lower floor had a ceiling of what looked like 6 meters! nice and cool in summer, with good AC. (the upper floor has lower ceilings and his hotter in summer.) Restaurant upstairs had simple but great food, beautiful room and breakfast buffet was fantastic with 7 different types of local fruit pies and cakes, plus all usual breakfast foods - great selection. Easy parking outdoors in front of hotel surrounded by very tall trees for shade.

We loved it all!! We wish we could have stayed longer in the apt. It was so close to the station but also so close to the center. If we were returning, we would book here first.

The check in was super easy to make, based in a code they gave us The villa itself looks super nice and is located next to Lucca walls The room itself is made with a lot of taste and attention to details. It has all the amenities anyone could possibly imagine. They have coffee machine, small refrigerator, first aid kit (it was for the first time in my life I saw this in a hotel), ear plugs, slippers, free snacks etc. We we're welcomed with a small bottle of prosecco and on the lobby hol we found a ice machine. Breakfast was also delicious.
