We had 3 wonderful days at Horto Convento. The building is so beautiful, in the most wonderful secluded little courtyard in the best neighborhood in Florence. Every corner of the hotel smells incredible, it is clean and beautifully decorated, and every detail is curated. We were so comfortable, the hotel and pillows were incredible and even the products in the bathroom were so so good. But the best thing was the staff. Everyone was so kind, warm and friendly and made us feel so welcome and looked after. Special mention to the bartender, the most lovely guy ever that took time to chat with us and was so so kind and friendly!!

They assisted me with my cancelled train issue with open arms and helped me book the right alternative train. I am certain that the staff of this property are the reason behind how amazing this property is! Could not recommend it any more!
