Decent location walking distance ~10 minutes to the zuid station. Some restaurants and bars right nearby. Nice kitchen facility with everything you need to cook, beds were comfortable. They let us check in very early when we arrived in the morning.

It's outside of the city but within easy reach: with an subway right in front of the hotel. Specatular views from the room and breakfast are (breakfast was superb). This is a modern, efficient, comforatble place to stay. They are well equipped to handle large crowds. It's definitely not boutique, but they convy a sense of uniquness that makes this place well worth the stay

After booking our stay we were then advised about the sail weekend. They allowed none guests to use all of the hotel .we were advised on our arrival to have a band on for guests to have no issues using the restaurant or toilets. Every day we attempted to book or use the restaurant to find there was no availability and it was closing as the shifts had finished. This meant an 1.5 he walk into the town for food as no available transport to the centre.this did not let ourselves enjoy the sights of Amsterdam as our time was taken up planning to walk in and out to get food and drinks.

The room was clean and comfortable. Close to train station but not seedy or too touristy? 20-30 minutes to museums and Anne Frank house. Breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed free drink and use of umbrellas. The staff was friendly but couldn’t answer all of our questions.

The rooms are a bit outdated, the sofa has time spots, a bit dusty, but overall clean and well prepared for guests. The staff is friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with no disturbing sounds from the street.

    The location is very convenient, only 20 minutes from the center of Amsterdam by tram. There is a grocery store nearby and a convenient non-expensive underground parking lot. The view from our room was excellent - water, ships, another island (Steigereiland). The breakfast was quite good and diverse.
